olive oil hair treatment.

This is a hair treatment consisting of olive oil. This treatment nourishes you hair, and makes it soft and shiny. The treatment usually lasts for a week or two.
So what are you waiting for?
You'll need:
- 1 tble spoon of olive oil ( preferably from Greece or Italy, Spain even.. but make sure it's organic so that no pesticides were used).
- a mug, bowl or something that will be used for the Olive oil.
- a shower cap (optional), elastic or towel.

How to:
Take your 1 tablespoon of organic olive oil and put in in your cup. Heat it up in the microwave so it's hot. It'll cool off quickly but that's nothing to worry about. Grab some onto your hands, scrub them together, and apply on the length of your hair. Do not apply it on top of you're hair near your scalp.
Keep doing this with your olive oil until you have no more. If you're planning to sleep with the olive oil in your hair overnight, wrap your hair into a bun and use a shower cap so that no grease will stain your sheets. If you're just going to let the olive oil soak in for 1 hour or 2 or longer during the day time, simply make a bun or use  towel to wrap your hair in.
REMEMBER, the longer the you let the oil soak in, the better.
After, take a shower and make sure to scrub all the oil out, so that when you're blow drying your hair, straightening or curling it, there won't be any grease left in the back of your head. Make sure you use shampoo. Conditioner is optional since this treatment is already like a very strong and deep conditioner. If you do use conditioner, only use a a little, at least less than you usually use.

This process is a two hour process for shortest, but can last up to 10 hours.
Don't worry, it's totally worth it!!!
The result will be fascinating and you will have extremely soft hair!
If you want to maintain this hair, do this every week and choose a specific date, for example do it every sunday!
